Tools for Forgiving and for Healing Past Relationships

Forgiving has to be one of the top 5 issues that people are dealing with when they come to see me. Sooooo many people REALLY want to forgive and don't know where or how to begin..... And not forgiving REALLY blocks people's energy and has huge effects on their health. Also, for all the people who are really interested in "The Secret" and the Law of Attraction, this sort of block can really impair your ability manifest the things you want in you life.

So I thought I'd post some links to free stuff for people who have relationships they want to heal or who want to move towards forgiving someone. For those who still aren't sure if they WANT to forgive, please remember that in forgiving, you are really releasing YOURSELF and giving YOURSELF freedom. Most of the time your grudge doesn't even affect the other person, who honestly might never even think of you..... YOU are the one who suffers the most detrimental effect from holding on to the anger, pain, and resentment. It blocks your joy and happiness and most energy healers agree that resentment is one of the top causes of cancer......

I also often find that its yourself you need to forgive... Often after people really forgive themselves, they are quickly able to forgive others.

Also, I find that the Twin Hearts Meditation (free on the Pranic Healing website) is absolutely amazing for subconsciously forgiving. Its a pretty quick guided meditation and you feel amazing afterward. I usually recommend that people do it 3 times a week if they're working on forgiveness. It's only about 30 minutes of your time and the benefits are amazing (the meditation also brings good Karma. :-))
