QUICK, EASY EXERCISE TO INCREASE YOUR INTELLIGENCE AND TO HELP YOU FOCUS INSTANTLY

I just wanted to share a news clip on SuperBrain Yoga. This exercise helps you quickly focus and increases your intelligence and mental power. And it's research-backed as you will see on the clip. I do it everyday before sitting down at my desk:

Just click on the "More Info" link near the bottom and then scroll down to the "How To" section. You want to make sure you follow the directions and get the arm placement right because if you accidentally reverse it, it will have the opposite effect!
